Situated in the heart of Happy Valley, Connelly Creek Cohousing will be built on a beautiful 3.86-acre site with Connelly Creek Park on the Eastern property border and Happy Valley Elementary an easy 5 minute walk to the West.

A rustic farmhouse standing on the property will be rebuilt as the community’s Common House, which will be spacious enough for community gatherings, dinners, and meetings as well as three guest bedrooms on the upper floor. The current site plan calls for a minimum of 16 small-footprint homes, each one designed from the ground up to be sustainable in every aspect, including energy, water, and materials.
